i went for training today after rotting ferr a long time! well, ameera, nanos and i were like, why is their warm up so fast?! they were pacing the guys can. or maybe we all just rusted over the long break when we didnt train. now, we're back as trainers, thankfully, so it aint that bad. on monday, clement tricked ameera into running 3000, 1200 and 300 and wanted her to do 2 sets but she only did one. today, she found out that he had tricked her but she couldnt take revenge coz clement loh wasnt around! so we did the usual things, weijin timed with me after he was done, and we gossipped, the usual thing we do together. i did some training with rachel coz i was suppose to do it with her but we only did the first part. stride 200 over 10 mins. when we finished that and wanted to do the next one which was to jog ferr 10 mins, mr foo told us to go pick up cones and we're done. hahahs. ended up walking on the track with her and weijin while ameera and charmaine picked the cones?=X then it was suppose to be cooldowns but everyone was eating bread! compliments from joseph(x then we just stretched a bit and mr foo debriefed us. outing outing soon!^^ 5 km, the treetop hike thingy. cheryl's reaction to hearing mr foo and the treetop run thingy was super funny. he just made it sound like qigong or something(x then a few of us washed up and went ferr dinner.
tts suppose to be a man but he changed his mind and didnt go!>.< anyways, he's still nice and i took timings ferr him. hahahs. we went down to vivo, and finally decided on having dinner at breeks. seriously, we talked about random things, gossipped, anything you can think of. that includes goldilocks! hahahs. my food jumped of my plate can. so embarrassing]: but nvm, shengsen splashed some funny thingy around. hahahs. its a lefthanded people syndrome! seriously, cheryl was super hilarious! she shouts for the waiter. hahahs. meifang was dropping things on my leg! and also trying to prove how smart she is. andand, we were comparing our height. i insist that i grew at least 1cm and i'm 160 now, not 159! i've been 159 ferr 2 years and counting]: then we randomly decided to watch a movie, kungfu panda. well, only 1 seat left so we couldnt, neither did we want to watch narnia. we headed to the rooftop to slack! we went to the arcade first, then headed outside and just sat down. some random people then appeared and gave us 29 balloons! (yes we counted and we played a guessing the number of balloons game in which i won coz i said 30) we really did random things(and recalled the silly game played last year but the trackers at the charity run), and before we went home, we went to the playground to give out balloons! hahahs. WE GAVE OUT ALL! joseph was like balloon man coz he was holding onto all of it(:
headed home with meifang and shengsen, but meifang left at jurong east!]: i honestly cannot remember much of what i spoke to shengsen on the train but he's just really quite funny?(x oh then when we alighted, i saw this 2 men trying to use a machine that said closed? actually i didnt know whether they were trying to use it or just looking at it first. i took 199 back with shengsen. i'm really glad that ferr once, i've got a companion to go home with! now i'm more motivated to go for trainings! hahahs.
andand, i did something really embarrassing today, sorry weibin!]: grace, remind me to tell you! weibin was seriously a joke as well coz he didnt tell me that i did something wrong.HMPHFS.
